Terms, Conditions & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Abidjan Customs & Trade Services Ltd. for professional services rendered by a licensed Customs Officer operating within the customs jurisdiction of Ivory Coast Abidjan. All services were performed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, the regulations of the Direction Générale des Douanes, and the applicable ECOWAS trade protocols.
- Payment Due: Full payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Ivorian commercial law.
- Payment Method: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Banque Atlantique Côte d'Ivoire, Account Name: Abidjan Customs & Trade Services Ltd., IBAN: CI18 1000 2000 0123 4567 8901 234, SWIFT: BANC CI AB. Alternatively, payment may be made in cash at our Ivory Coast Abidjan office during business hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday).
- Validity: This Invoice is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Customs Officer services described herein shall require re-authorization and a revised Invoice may be issued.
- Disputes: Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the associated Customs Officer services shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast Abidjan, in accordance with the Ivorian Code of Commerce.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged during the engagement of the Customs Officer is subject to strict confidentiality as mandated by Ivorian data protection regulations and professional customs ethics codes.
- Regulatory Compliance: The client acknowledges that all customs declarations, inspections, and clearance procedures performed by the Customs Officer are subject to audit by the Direction Générale des Douanes de Côte d'Ivoire. The client agrees to maintain all supporting documentation for a minimum of five (5) years.

All duties, taxes, and levies payable to the Ivorian state are to be settled separately through the official customs payment channels at the Port d'Abidjan.
