Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by our licensed Customs Officer team at the Almaty State Customs Office and Kazakhstan Almaty customs clearance facilities during the period of 10–14 June 2025. All services were performed in strict accordance with the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union and the regulations of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Customs Officer assigned to this engagement, Mr. A. Serikzhanov (License No. KZ-CO-2020-01523), operated under the full authority of Almaty Customs Brokerage & Advisory LLP. All actions taken by the Customs Officer on behalf of the client at Kazakhstan Almaty customs posts are documented and archived in accordance with national record-keeping requirements.
Payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per day as stipulated in the master service agreement dated 01 January 2025. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-KZ-04871 in all correspondence and remittance instructions.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document under the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the applicable tax legislation of Kazakhstan Almaty jurisdiction.
2. All Customs Officer services described herein were performed in compliance with the EAEU Customs Code, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation," and the internal procedures of the Almaty State Customs Office.
3. The Customs Officer services are non-refundable once the customs declaration has been submitted to the Kazakhstan Almaty customs authority, unless the declaration is rejected due to errors attributable to our firm.
4. This Invoice does not include government-imposed customs duties, VAT on imported goods, or excise taxes, which are payable directly to the State Revenue Committee of Kazakhstan.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Almaty City, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the jurisdictional provisions of the master agreement.
6. Retention of this Invoice is mandatory for a minimum of five (5) years as required by Kazakhstan Almaty tax and customs audit regulations.
