Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement (Contract No. AN-RT-2025-019) between Al-Nakheel Customs & Trade Services LLC and Al-Rashid International Logistics S.A.K., both operating in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Kuwaiti commercial law.
- All Customs Officer services rendered under this Invoice were performed in strict compliance with the Kuwait Customs Law, the Kuwait VAT Law (Law No. 12 of 2021), and the regulations of the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
- The Customs Officer assigned to this engagement holds a valid professional licence issued by the Kuwait Public Authority for Manpower and is registered with the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kuwait, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Kuwait Kuwait City.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts stated herein may be subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and regulatory changes.
