Payment Instructions & Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Mexican Federal Tax Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación) and must be paid within 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Payment shall be made via electronic bank transfer (SPEI) to the account below. The client is required to retain the 10.5% ISR withholding and file the corresponding CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) with SAT.

- Liability of the Customs Officer is limited to the total value of this Invoice. The Customs Officer is not liable for delays caused by SAT internal processing, force majeure events, or actions of third-party logistics providers in Mexico Mexico City.
- This Invoice constitutes a CFDI 4.0 compliant fiscal document. The digital certificate and XML file are available upon request via the client portal.
- Services performed outside the standard Mexico Mexico City metropolitan area (including travel to border crossings such as Laredo, Nuevo Laredo, or Tijuana) will be billed separately at the rates agreed in the master service contract.
- The Customs Officer reserves the right to withdraw from any engagement if the client provides falsified documentation, misdeclares goods, or requests actions that violate Mexican customs or trade regulations.
