Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers all Customs Officer professional services rendered between 2 June 2025 and 13 June 2025 at the Apapa, Tincan, and Ikorodu port facilities in Nigeria Lagos. All services were performed by duly licensed Customs Officers registered with the Nigeria Customs Service and the Customs Brokers Association of Nigeria (CBAN).
The client is advised that this Invoice must be settled within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the service agreement. All amounts are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to the prevailing tax regulations of Nigeria Lagos and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Customs Officer Service Agreement (Ref: CPA/2025/0031) executed between Lagos Port Customs Consultancy Ltd. and TransAtlantic Freight & Logistics (Nigeria) Ltd.
2. All Customs Officer services described herein were performed in full compliance with the Customs Act (Cap C15, LFN 2004), the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) operational guidelines, and the applicable regulations of the Nigeria Lagos port authority.
3. The client acknowledges that the Customs Officer's professional judgment, as documented in the clearance certificates and audit reports, constitutes the final determination for the purposes of this Invoice unless otherwise ordered by a competent court of law in Nigeria Lagos.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Thereafter, the client shall be liable for any additional storage or demurrage charges incurred at the Nigeria Lagos port facilities.
