Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Customs Officer services rendered in Russia, Saint Petersburg, during the period specified above. All services were performed in accordance with the Customs Code of the Russian Federation and the regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.1% per calendar day on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- All Customs Officer services described in this Invoice were carried out by licensed professionals registered with the Federal Customs Service of Russia. The service provider assumes no liability for delays or rejections caused by actions of the customs authority in Saint Petersburg beyond the reasonable control of the Customs Officer.
- Reimbursable expenses, including the Customs Processing Fee listed above, are charged at cost and are supported by official receipts from the relevant Saint Petersburg customs office. Copies of such receipts are available upon request.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated rates if applicable tariff or regulatory changes have occurred in Russia.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, in accordance with the jurisdiction clause of the master service agreement dated 15 January 2024.
- The client acknowledges that all documentation prepared by the Customs Officer under this Invoice is subject to confidentiality obligations and may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by Russian federal law or customs regulations.
Important Notes
Please note that this Invoice covers only the professional Customs Officer services and associated administrative fees. Any additional duties, taxes, or penalties levied by the Federal Customs Service of Russia on the client's shipments are the sole responsibility of the importer and are not included in the amounts billed herein. The Customs Officer acting on behalf of St. Petersburg Customs Consulting Bureau has fulfilled all obligations under the master service agreement for the month of June 2025. Should the client require further Customs Officer assistance in Russia, Saint Petersburg, beyond the scope of this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice will be issued with a minimum 48-hour advance notice.
