5. Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Saudi Arabia commercial law provisions.

Terms and Conditions

This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Al-Madina Customs & Trade Services Co. and the billed party for Customs Officer services rendered in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. All services are subject to the terms outlined in the master service agreement dated 01 January 2025. The Customs Officer services described herein include but are not limited to: document preparation, tariff classification, physical inspection coordination, duty assessment verification, and regulatory compliance advisory. The client acknowledges that all customs procedures at Jeddah port are governed by Saudi Arabia federal law, and any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Jeddah Commercial Court. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
