Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Al-Riyadh Customs & Trade Solutions Ltd. for professional Customs Officer services rendered in connection with the import clearance of goods through the customs facilities in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. All services were performed in strict accordance with the Saudi Customs Law and its implementing regulations.
2. Payment of the full amount stated on this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the commercial transaction regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. The Customs Officer engaged under this engagement holds a valid license issued by the Saudi Customs Authority and is registered with the Ministry of Commerce. All duties, taxes, and government fees are the sole responsibility of the importer and are not included in the service charges listed above.
4. This Invoice and all associated customs documentation are subject to audit by the Saudi Customs Authority. The client agrees to retain all copies of this Invoice and the supporting customs clearance file for a minimum period of five (5) years in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
5. Any disputes arising from the services described in this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
6. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the Customs Officer services described herein. No additional fees shall be incurred unless a written amendment is executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any additional work.
