Terms and Conditions of this Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Colombo Customs & Trade Services (Pvt) Ltd. for professional Customs Officer services rendered at Colombo Port, Sri Lanka Colombo, in accordance with the service agreement dated 25 May 2025.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as per Sri Lankan commercial law.
- All services performed by the Customs Officer are subject to the regulations of the Sri Lanka Customs Department and the Customs Ordinance (No. 9 of 1962) as amended.
- The Customs Officer shall maintain full confidentiality of all commercial Invoice data, shipping manifests, and trade documentation provided by the client.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka Colombo under the provisions of the Arbitration Act, No. 11 of 1995.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice must be requested in writing.
