Terms and Conditions of This Invoice

This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Sudan Khartoum Customs Authority regulations and the Federal Revenue Service of Sudan guidelines. The Customs Officer services described herein are rendered under the authority of the Sudan Khartoum Customs Directorate and are subject to the terms outlined below:

  • Payment of this Invoice must be received within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated by Sudan Khartoum commercial law.
  • All Customs Officer services are non-refundable once the inspection, clearance, or advisory process has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered only in cases of force majeure as defined under Sudanese federal law.
  • The Customs Officer reserves the right to suspend services immediately upon non-payment of any outstanding Invoice balance exceeding thirty (30) days.
  • This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of customs clearance. All clearance decisions remain subject to the final authority of the Sudan Khartoum Customs Tribunal and applicable federal regulations.
  • Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Sudan Khartoum Commercial Arbitration Centre in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act of 2010.
  • All personal data processed under this Invoice shall be handled in compliance with the Sudan Khartoum Data Protection and Privacy Regulations effective January 2024.

Additional Notes

Please note that this Invoice covers all Customs Officer professional services rendered between 02 June 2025 and 15 June 2025 at the Sudan Khartoum customs facilities. The Customs Officer, Lt. Col. Ibrahim Abdelrahman Hassan, confirms that all procedures were conducted in full compliance with the Sudan Khartoum Customs Code (2022 Revision) and the World Customs Organization (WCO) Harmonized System standards.

A duplicate copy of this Invoice may be requested from the Sudan Khartoum Customs Authority records office within ninety (90) days of the issue date. After this period, a retrieval fee of 5,000 SDG will apply.
