1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) regulations and the Customs Management Act No. 9 of 2015. All services described herein were performed by a duly appointed and licensed Customs Officer operating within the jurisdiction of Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment may be made via bank transfer to: National Bank of Commerce, Account Name: Port Authority Customs Services Ltd., Account No: 0045-8823-1192, Branch: Kariakoo, Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
3. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Tanzania Dar es Salaam commercial regulations and the applicable provisions of the Customs Act.
4. The Customs Officer who rendered the services on this Invoice holds a valid professional licence issued by the Tanzania Revenue Authority and is registered with the Tanzania Customs Officers Association. The officer's credentials may be verified at any TRA office in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all charges related to the referenced shipment. No additional fees shall be levied for the services described herein. Any post-clearance adjustments will be communicated via a separate credit or debit note.
6. The client acknowledges that all goods cleared under this Invoice have been examined and released by the Customs Officer in full compliance with Tanzanian import regulations, sanitary and phytosanitary standards, and all applicable trade agreements to which the United Republic of Tanzania is a signatory.
