Invoice Notes & Customs Officer Remarks
This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the licensed Customs Officer, Mr. Emre Kaya, in connection with the clearance of commercial goods through the Ankara Customs Directorate located in Turkey Ankara. All duties, taxes, and fees assessed by the Turkish customs authority are the sole responsibility of the importer and are not included in this Invoice.
The Customs Officer confirms that all documentation submitted to the Turkey Ankara customs facility complies with the provisions of the Turkish Customs Law (Law No. 4458) and the relevant regulations issued by the Ministry of Trade. The goods described in this Invoice have been examined, classified, and cleared in accordance with the applicable tariff schedule and trade agreements in force in Turkey Ankara.

- The Customs Officer retains the right to request additional documentation or conduct supplementary inspections at the Turkey Ankara customs facility if discrepancies are identified during the clearance process.
- All services described in this Invoice are subject to the professional standards and ethical code of conduct established by the Turkish Customs Officers' Association.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ankara, Turkey Ankara, in accordance with Turkish law.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Customs Officer's services may be subject to re-evaluation of applicable tariff rates and regulatory changes in Turkey Ankara.
