Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Law (6102) and the regulations of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade. All services described herein were rendered by licensed Customs Officers registered with the Istanbul Customs Directorate.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Turkish commercial law applicable in Turkey Istanbul.
- All customs declarations and clearance operations referenced in this Invoice were performed in strict compliance with the Turkish Customs Law No. 4458, the Istanbul Port Regulations, and the relevant European Union Common Customs Tariff provisions applicable to Turkey Istanbul as a customs union member.
- The Customs Officer services described are non-transferable. Any re-issuance or amendment of this Invoice requires written authorization from both parties and must be submitted to the Turkey Istanbul tax office for validation.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Commercial Courts, Republic of Turkey.
