Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Miami Port Customs & Trade Services, LLC, a licensed customs brokerage firm operating under U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, specifically 19 CFR Part 111, for services rendered at the Port of Miami, United States Miami.
- Payment of the full Invoice amount of $30,802.80 is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under Florida state law, whichever is lower.
- All Customs Officer services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and all applicable regulations of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency. The assigned Customs Officer, Ms. Elena Vasquez, holds an active CBP license and is authorized to represent importers of record at the United States Miami port of entry.
