This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated March 1, 2025, between Harbor Gate Customs & Trade Services LLC and Meridian International Logistics Corp. All services were rendered by a duly appointed Customs Officer operating under the jurisdiction of U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the Port of New York and New Jersey, serving the United States New York City metropolitan customs district. The Customs Officer's services described herein are provided as a licensed customs brokerage and trade compliance advisory function. All tariff classifications, duty calculations, and regulatory interpretations referenced in this Invoice are based on the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) as in effect on the dates of service. The client acknowledges that the Customs Officer's determinations do not constitute a binding ruling from CBP unless separately issued in writing under 19 C.F.R. Part 177.

Terms and Conditions of Payment

  • Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance, no later than July 12, 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under New York State law, whichever is lower.
  • Remittance shall be made via ACH transfer, wire transfer, or certified check payable to "Harbor Gate Customs & Trade Services LLC." Bank details: Chase Bank, Account No. 4471-8823-0091, Routing No. 021000021, New York, NY, United States.
  • All services performed by the Customs Officer are subject to the confidentiality provisions of the Master Service Agreement. No portion of this Invoice or the underlying service records may be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by CBP or United States federal law.
  • Any disputes regarding the charges listed on this Invoice must be submitted in writing to the billing department within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Failure to dispute within this period shall constitute acceptance of the Invoice in full.
  • This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any legal proceedings arising from this Invoice shall be conducted in the federal or state courts located in New York County, United States New York City.
  • The Customs Officer services described are non-refundable once performed. Cancellation of scheduled services must be provided no fewer than forty-eight (48) hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
