Terms, Conditions & Notes Regarding This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by a duly licensed Customs Officer operating under the authority of the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) and in accordance with the Customs and Excise Management Act [Chapter 23:09] of the laws of Zimbabwe.
- All services described in this Invoice were rendered in and around Zimbabwe Harare, including but not limited to Harare International Airport, the Harare Free Trade Zone, and the Harare Central Business District.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated under Zimbabwean commercial law.
- The Customs Officer reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment of this Invoice is not received by the stated due date of 28 June 2025.
- All amounts are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) as per the agreed service contract. Equivalent payment in Zimbabwe Dollars (ZWL) may be accepted at the prevailing CBZ interbank rate on the date of payment.
- This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document for ZIMRA purposes. The client is advised to retain this Invoice for a minimum period of seven (7) years in compliance with Zimbabwean tax record-keeping requirements.
- The Customs Officer's professional liability insurance (Policy No. ZIM-INS-2025-11892) covers all services rendered under this Invoice. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Small Claims Court in Harare, Zimbabwe, or by arbitration under the Zimbabwe Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15].
