Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the Invoice Date. Payment is due no later than 30 June 2025.
- All Data Scientist services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed on 01 May 2025 between Insight Analytics BD Ltd. and Meghna Textile Industries PLC.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with Bangladesh commercial law.
- All intellectual property generated by the Data Scientist during the engagement period, including but not limited to models, algorithms, and analytical frameworks, shall be transferred to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- The Data Scientist and supporting team shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary data accessed during the project, as governed by the Bangladesh Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001 of Bangladesh.
- Revised or corrected Invoices must be requested in writing within 7 business days of the original Invoice date.
- All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.
