This Invoice is issued in accordance with Italian tax regulations (D.P.R. 633/1972) and the electronic invoicing requirements of the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) managed by the Agenzia delle Entrate. The electronic version of this Invoice has been transmitted to the SdI platform on 15 June 2025.
3. All data processed during the engagement of the Data Scientist was handled in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018). No patient-identifiable data was retained beyond the scope of the contractual agreement.
4. The services rendered by the Data Scientist are subject to the intellectual property provisions outlined in Contract MTC-ND-2025-012, executed in Naples, Italy, on 20 April 2025. All models, code, and analytical outputs remain the exclusive property of MedTech Innovations S.p.A. upon full settlement of this Invoice.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts stated herein may be subject to recalculation based on prevailing Italian tax rates.
