Payment Terms & Conditions for This Invoice
- Payment Due: Within 15 calendar days from the invoice issue date (by 30 June 2025).
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to Atlas Data Intelligence SARL, Bank of Africa (BMCE), IBAN: MA64 4002 1010 0001 2345 6789 012, Casablanca Branch.
- Currency: All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
- Late Payment: A penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue balances as per Moroccan commercial law (Code de Commerce, Article L441-10).
- Disputes: Any discrepancies regarding this Invoice must be reported in writing within 7 business days of receipt. The Data Scientist's work product remains the intellectual property of Atlas Data Intelligence SARL until full payment is confirmed.
- Governing Law: This Invoice and all associated services are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Jurisdiction lies with the Commercial Court of Casablanca, Morocco Casablanca.
Additional Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice covers the first month of a three-month engagement for the Data Scientist, Dr. Amina Benkirane, who has been exclusively assigned to the Customer Churn Prediction Model project for Sahara Analytics Group SA. All services were rendered from our primary office located in Morocco Casablanca, and the Data Scientist worked in accordance with the professional standards established by the Moroccan Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform.
The hourly rate of 1,200.00 MAD reflects the specialized expertise of a senior Data Scientist with over 12 years of experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering. The elevated rate of 1,500.00 MAD for stakeholder presentations accounts for the additional preparation time and executive-level communication required.
Please note that this Invoice does not include costs for cloud computing infrastructure (AWS/GCP) or third-party software licenses, which are billed separately under Invoice ADI-2025-00473. The Data Scientist's travel expenses within Morocco Casablanca for on-site meetings are included in the rates above. Any travel outside the Casablanca metropolitan area will be invoiced at actual cost.
Upon receipt of payment for this Invoice, the Data Scientist will proceed with Phase 2 of the project, which includes model deployment to production, A/B testing framework setup, and ongoing monitoring dashboard development. The second Invoice for this engagement is expected to be issued on 15 July 2025.
