Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Due: Within 15 calendar days from the Invoice issue date (30 June 2025).
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to KBZ Bank, Account No: 001234567890, Branch: Sanchaung, Yangon, Myanmar.
Currency: Myanmar Kyat (MMK). All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in MMK.
Late Payment: A penalty of 2% per month will be applied to overdue balances as per Myanmar commercial regulations.
Disputes: Any discrepancies regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within 7 business days of receipt. The Data Scientist services rendered are final upon acceptance of deliverables.
Additional Notes
This Invoice covers all Data Scientist professional services rendered by Dr. Thiri Win Aung under Contract MYA-DS-2025-012 for the Myanmar Yangon Financial Services Group. All intellectual property, model artifacts, and documentation produced during the engagement period are transferred to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
The Data Scientist confirms that all work was performed in compliance with Myanmar's Data Protection Law (2023) and applicable financial sector regulations. All customer data processed during this engagement has been handled in accordance with the data processing agreement signed on 28 February 2025.
Yangon Analytics Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to issue a supplementary Invoice should any additional Data Scientist consulting hours be approved in writing by the client's project manager. No such additional hours were incurred during this billing period.
