Invoice Notes & Data Scientist Engagement Details
This Invoice covers the complete Data Scientist engagement for the period of June 2025. All services were rendered by a certified Data Scientist operating out of Nepal Kathmandu, in compliance with the Nepal Information Technology Board (NITB) regulations and the Income Tax Act of Nepal (2058/2002).
The Data Scientist assigned to this project, Dr. Anisha Sharma, holds a Ph.D. in Applied Statistics from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, and possesses over eight years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical data analysis. All deliverables have been reviewed and approved by the client's technical team in Nepal Kathmandu prior to the issuance of this Invoice.
All source code, model artifacts, and documentation related to this Data Scientist engagement have been transferred to the client via secure repository access. The Data Scientist retains no proprietary copies of the client's raw data in accordance with Nepal's data protection guidelines.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Due: This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date (i.e., by 30 June 2025). Payment is to be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) via bank transfer to the account details below.
Bank Details: Nabil Bank Ltd., Kathmandu Branch, Nepal. Account Name: Insight Analytics Pvt. Ltd. Account No.: 001-456789-01. SWIFT Code: NBLKNPKN.
Late Payment: A penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied on the outstanding Invoice amount for payments received after the due date, as per standard commercial practice in Nepal Kathmandu.
Disputes: Any discrepancies regarding this Invoice must be communicated in writing within 7 business days of receipt. The Data Scientist services rendered are non-refundable once the deliverables have been accepted by the client.
Governing Law: This Invoice and the associated Data Scientist service agreement are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.
