Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) dated 01 May 2025 between Apex Analytics & Data Solutions Ltd. and the National Bureau of Statistics, Abuja, Nigeria.
2. All Data Scientist services rendered were performed by certified professionals operating under the regulatory framework of the Nigeria Information Service (NIS) and the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).
3. The Data Scientist engagement covered the Nigeria Abuja metropolitan area and surrounding FCT zones. All on-site work was conducted at the NBS Head Office, 1255 Airport Road, Abuja.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice must be re-issued with updated tax calculations.
5. All intellectual property generated by the Data Scientist during the course of this engagement shall remain the property of the client as per Section 14 of the master contract.
6. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
7. This Invoice has been generated electronically and is valid without a physical signature. A digital copy is acceptable for all accounting and tax filing purposes in Nigeria.
