2. The Data Scientist confirms that all work products, including source code, model artefacts, documentation, and analytical reports, are delivered as work-for-hire and become the sole intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. All data processed during the engagement was handled in strict compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. No personal data was transferred outside the United Kingdom.
4. This Invoice constitutes a final and complete statement of all Data Scientist services rendered during the period 1 May 2025 to 13 June 2025. No further charges will be incurred for the scope defined in the SOW.
