Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all Data Scientist professional services rendered by Apex Analytics & Data Solutions LLC to Gulf Coast Energy Partners Inc. during the period of May 1, 2025 through June 14, 2025, with all work performed primarily in the United States Houston metropolitan area.
2. All Data Scientist deliverables, including source code, model artifacts, documentation, and training materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Data Scientist team retains no rights to reproduce or redistribute proprietary models developed for this engagement.
3. Texas state and local sales tax has been applied at the combined rate of 8.25%, which is the standard rate applicable to professional services in the City of Houston, Harris County, Texas, United States.
4. Should the client require additional Data Scientist consulting hours beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice, a supplemental Invoice will be issued within five (5) business days of service completion. All rates are as specified in the master service agreement dated March 1, 2025.
5. This Invoice is valid for payment within 30 calendar days. After the due date of July 15, 2025, a late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on the outstanding balance in accordance with Texas Business & Commerce Code Section 2412.
