This Invoice is issued by Diplomat International Diplomatic Services & Consulting Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Diplomat") in accordance with the terms of Contract No. DIP-PRC-2025-0092 governing the provision of diplomatic support services in China Beijing. All services described herein were rendered exclusively within the administrative boundaries of China Beijing during the specified engagement period.
- Payment of this Invoice shall be made in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, as stipulated under the Diplomat-Client Service Agreement. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are subject to applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) as prescribed by the State Taxation Administration of the People's Republic of China. Diplomat is registered as a VAT general taxpayer in China Beijing.
- The Diplomat services detailed in this Invoice were performed in strict compliance with the Diplomatic Relations Law of the PRC, the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), and all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China Beijing.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Diplomat service engagement shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in China Beijing, in accordance with its then-current arbitration rules.
- Diplomat reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment of this Invoice is not received by the stated due date. A written notice of suspension shall be issued no fewer than five (5) business days prior to any service interruption.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all Diplomat services rendered during the period of 01 April 2025 through 30 June 2025. No additional charges shall be levied for services covered under this Invoice unless a separate written amendment to the contract is executed by both parties.
- All confidential information exchanged in connection with this Diplomat engagement in China Beijing shall be treated in accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) referenced in the master contract. Diplomat shall not disclose the nature, scope, or financial terms of this Invoice to any third party without prior written consent.
