Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice, issued by Diplomat International Services & Consulting Group, represents the final and complete billing for all services rendered during the second quarter of 2025 in Egypt Alexandria. The total amount of EGP 198,708.00 is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Diplomat's designated account at National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch (IBAN: EG38 NBEK 0000 1001 2345 6789 0123). Please reference Invoice No. DIP-EGY-2025-04872 in all payment communications to ensure proper reconciliation on the Diplomat accounting ledger.
All services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with Egyptian federal regulations, Alexandria municipal ordinances, and the terms of Contract AMTA-DIP-2025-019. Diplomat confirms that all personnel assigned to this engagement in Egypt Alexandria held valid work permits and professional certifications as required by Egyptian labor law.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Alexandria in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
2. Diplomat reserves the right to issue a corrected Invoice in the event of a clerical error. Any such correction shall be communicated in writing within five business days of discovery and shall not alter the scope of services already rendered.
3. Late payment on this Invoice shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date. Diplomat may suspend all ongoing services in Egypt Alexandria upon thirty days of non-payment.
4. All intellectual property, reports, and documentation produced by the Diplomat team under this engagement remain the property of Diplomat unless explicitly stated otherwise in the master service agreement. The client retains a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal purposes within Egypt Alexandria.
5. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document. The client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of all services itemized herein. By signing below, the client confirms that the work described in this Invoice was completed to the satisfaction of the Alexandria Maritime Trade Authority.
