Notes & Conditions

Diplomat International Consulting & Advisory Services, registered in Lyon, France, assumes full responsibility for the quality and timeliness of all diplomatic advisory services rendered under this engagement. All services were performed within the administrative boundaries of the Métropole de Lyon, France.
3. Late payment on this invoice shall incur statutory interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code, in addition to a fixed indemnity of €40.00 for recovery costs, as mandated by French law.
4. The TVA (Value Added Tax) of 20% applied herein is the standard rate applicable in France for professional services. Should any portion of the services qualify for a reduced rate under specific French tax provisions, a credit note will be issued accordingly.
5. All diplomatic materials, translations, and documentation produced under this contract remain the intellectual property of the contracting authority (Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) upon full settlement of this invoice. Diplomat retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios subject to prior written authorization.
6. Any dispute arising from this invoice or the underlying services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon, France, in accordance with the terms of the master service agreement.
