Invoice Notes and Payment Instructions
This Invoice from Diplomat Corporate Services & Consulting Ltd. is issued in accordance with the terms outlined in Contract No. DMA-2025-0312, governing the provision of professional advisory and technical services within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area. All services rendered under this Invoice have been completed and verified by the project supervisor, Dr. Efua Mensah, and are subject to final acceptance by the Accra Metropolitan Development Authority.
Payment for this Invoice shall be made within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Diplomat accepts payment via bank transfer to the following account: Diplomat Corporate Services & Consulting Ltd., Bank of Ghana Accra Branch, Account No. 0044-7821-5590, SWIFT: BOGHGHAC. Please reference Invoice No. DIP-2025-00847 in all correspondence and remittance advices.
All amounts stated on this Invoice are denominated in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are subject to the prevailing tax rates as determined by the Ghana Revenue Authority. Diplomat reserves the right to adjust rates in the event of any legislative change in Ghana Accra tax policy during the billing period.
Terms and Conditions – Diplomat Corporate Services, Ghana Accra
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for services rendered by Diplomat Corporate Services & Consulting Ltd. in Ghana Accra. Failure to remit payment by the stated due date will incur a late payment penalty of 2% per month, in compliance with Ghanaian commercial law.
2. All intellectual property, reports, data sets, and deliverables produced under this engagement remain the property of Diplomat until full payment of this Invoice has been received and confirmed in writing.
3. Diplomat warrants that all services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the professional standards established by the Ghana Institution of Engineers and the Greater Accra Regional Planning Authority.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 599) of the Republic of Ghana.
5. Diplomat shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the services described herein. The total liability of Diplomat under this Invoice shall not exceed the total amount invoiced.
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, Diplomat reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations as applicable in Ghana Accra.
