This Invoice is issued by Diplomat Professional Services & Consulting LLC, a registered entity operating under the commercial laws of the Republic of Iraq, with its principal office located in Baghdad, Iraq. All services rendered under this Invoice have been performed in accordance with the terms of Contract No. DIP-CT-2025-0031 and the applicable Iraqi governmental procurement regulations.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, as stated above. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Iraqi commercial law.
- All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). Diplomat reserves the right to adjust rates in the event of significant currency fluctuation as determined by the Central Bank of Iraq.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Diplomat corporate account at the Central Bank of Iraq, Baghdad branch. Account details are provided on the reverse of this Invoice document.
- The services described in this Invoice are subject to the intellectual property provisions of the master agreement. All Diplomat reports, maps, and technical deliverables remain the property of Diplomat until full payment is received.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts of Baghdad, Iraq, in accordance with the Iraqi Code of Civil Procedure.
- Diplomat warrants that all personnel assigned to this project in Baghdad, Iraq hold valid professional licenses and have undergone the required security vetting as mandated by Iraqi authorities.
