Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by Diplomat International Protocol & Cultural Liaison Services, a registered entity operating exclusively within the Japan Kyoto metropolitan area, in accordance with the terms set forth in Contract MOFA-KYO-2025-112. All Diplomat services rendered under this Invoice have been performed in strict compliance with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and applicable Japanese national legislation governing foreign diplomatic personnel.
All amounts stated in this Invoice are denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY). Payment is to be remitted via bank transfer to the account specified in the Bill From section above. Diplomat reserves the right to apply a late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance exceeding the due date of 15 July 2025.
Should any discrepancy be identified in this Invoice, the billing recipient is requested to contact the Diplomat accounts department in Japan Kyoto within ten (10) business days of the issue date. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court in accordance with Japanese civil law.
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all Diplomat services provided during the period of 1 April 2025 through 31 May 2025. No additional charges shall be incurred beyond the amounts specified herein unless a written amendment to the original contract is executed by both parties.
