Payment Terms & Diplomat Billing Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the bilateral diplomatic services agreement between the sending state and the Government of Japan, Tokyo. Payment of the full amount of 4,111,500 JPY is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 14 June 2025. The Diplomat office accepts payment via intergovernmental wire transfer to the designated diplomatic account at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Minato-ku branch, or through the established diplomatic credit facility. Late payments beyond the due date of 14 July 2025 may be subject to a diplomatic services penalty of 1.5% per month, as stipulated in Article 14 of the Japan Tokyo Diplomatic Services Framework Agreement. All transactions related to this Invoice are recorded under the Diplomat's official account code and are subject to audit by the Embassy Administrative Services Division.
Notes & Diplomat Declarations
1. This Invoice covers all Diplomat services rendered in Japan Tokyo during the period of April 2025 through June 2025. No additional charges shall apply for services already itemized above.
2. The Diplomat confirms that all services listed herein were performed in full compliance with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and applicable Japanese domestic law governing diplomatic missions in Tokyo.
3. Consumption tax has been waived on the applicable portion of this Invoice pursuant to the diplomatic tax exemption provisions under Japanese tax law (National Tax Agency, Tokyo). The exemption reference number is DTX-JP-2025-00472.
4. Any disputes regarding this Invoice shall be resolved through the established diplomatic channels between the Resident Diplomat's office and the Embassy Administrative Services Division in Japan Tokyo, prior to any escalation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Diplomat office reserves the right to reissue the document with updated administrative fees.
