Notes and Terms
This Invoice is issued by Diplomat International Services Pvt. Ltd., a registered entity operating in Nepal Kathmandu under the Companies Act, 2063 (2006) of Nepal. All services described herein were rendered in accordance with the contractual agreement bearing reference number MOFA/2025/Consulting/112. The client acknowledges that Diplomat has fulfilled all obligations stipulated in the service level agreement. Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the terms agreed upon in the master service contract. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Nepal Kathmandu in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2055 (1999) of Nepal.
