Terms and Conditions
1. This invoice is issued by Diplomat International Advisory & Consulting Services, a company duly registered in New Zealand, with its principal place of business located at Level 12, 181 Featherston Street, Wellington, New Zealand 6011. All services rendered under this invoice were performed within the Wellington metropolitan area and are subject to New Zealand's Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 15%.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this invoice, as stipulated in the service agreement between Diplomat and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 10% per annum, calculated on a daily basis, in accordance with New Zealand's Late Payment of Outstanding Debts Act 1995.
3. All Diplomat services described in this invoice were delivered in full compliance with New Zealand's diplomatic protocols, the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations as adopted by New Zealand, and all applicable local regulations within the Wellington region. Diplomat maintains full professional indemnity insurance and public liability coverage as required for operations in New Zealand.
4. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved through the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or, where the amount exceeds the jurisdictional threshold, through the District Court of Wellington. The parties agree that all proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and governed by the laws of New Zealand.
5. Diplomat reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received by the due date. A reminder notice will be issued seven (7) days prior to the due date. This invoice constitutes a legally binding document and may be presented to New Zealand's Inland Revenue Department (IRD) for tax and audit purposes.
6. All intellectual property, briefing materials, and confidential documents produced by Diplomat during the service period remain the property of Diplomat International Advisory & Consulting Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. These materials were prepared specifically for use in Wellington, New Zealand, and are not to be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
