NOTES AND TERMS
1. This Invoice is issued by Diplomat International Services & Consulting Ltd., a duly registered company in Nigeria Lagos, in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines and the Lagos State Tax Law 2023.
2. All services described in this Invoice were rendered at the client's premises or at the Diplomat headquarters located in Nigeria Lagos, Victoria Island, as specified in the signed Statement of Work dated 28 March 2025.
3. Diplomat reserves the right to issue a credit note or a supplementary Invoice should any additional services be approved in writing by the client's authorized representative during the service period.
4. This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document for the purposes of corporate tax filing in Nigeria. The client is advised to retain this document for a minimum period of six (6) years in compliance with Nigerian tax regulations.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
