Terms, Conditions & Diplomat-Specific Provisions
This Invoice is issued by Diplomat International Services Co., Ltd., a registered entity operating in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the service agreement (Contract No. CTR-BKK-2025-0034) executed between the parties. All services rendered under this Invoice pertain to diplomatic operations, protocol management, and consular support conducted within the Bangkok metropolitan area and the Kingdom of Thailand.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Issue Date stated above. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Thai commercial law.
- All diplomatic personnel and credentials referenced in this Invoice are subject to the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961) and applicable Thai legislation. Diplomat International Services Co., Ltd. assumes no liability for actions taken by individual diplomats outside the scope of contracted services.
- Services performed in Bangkok, Thailand, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
- The withholding tax exemption applied in this Invoice is based on the diplomatic status of the client entity. Should the client's diplomatic status change, the applicable Thai withholding tax shall be recalculated and an amended Invoice issued.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Invoice complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand (B.E. 2562 / 2019). Diplomat International Services Co., Ltd. acts solely as a data processor for diplomatic personnel information.
- This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the service period of 1 January 2025 through 31 May 2025. No additional charges shall be levied for services rendered within this period unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Siam Commercial Bank, Bangkok Branch, Account Name: Diplomat International Services Co., Ltd., Account No. 012-3-45678-9, SWIFT: SIBLTHBK.
