Terms and Conditions – Diplomat Invoice DIP-2025-04871
- This invoice is issued by Diplomat International Business Solutions LLC, a registered entity operating in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable municipal regulations of Tashkent City.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per day as stipulated under the Diplomat service agreement and Uzbekistan commercial law.
- All services described herein are to be performed within the administrative boundaries of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, unless otherwise specified in the master contract TMDA-DIP-2025-003.
- The Diplomat company reserves the right to adjust scope-of-work deliverables in consultation with the Tashkent Municipal Development Authority, subject to mutual written agreement.
- Payment shall be made in Uzbekistani Soms (UZS) via bank transfer to the Diplomat corporate account at the National Bank of Uzbekistan, Tashkent branch. Account details: IBAN UZ88 NBUZ 5000 0000 1234 5678.
- This invoice constitutes a binding financial document under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court.
- Diplomat warrants that all personnel assigned to this project in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, hold valid work permits and professional certifications as required by Uzbekistan labor and immigration regulations.
