Invoice Notes
This invoice is issued by Diplomat International Business Services Co., Ltd., a registered entity operating in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, in accordance with the Vietnamese Accounting Law and Circular No. 78/2021/TT-BTC governing electronic invoice issuance.
All services rendered under this invoice were performed at the Diplomat Tower office located at 68 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, or at the client's designated premises within the same metropolitan area.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the issue date of this invoice. Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as stipulated in the master service agreement between Diplomat and the client.
- This invoice must be presented to the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City tax authority portal (e-Cong) for verification within 90 days of issuance.
- All amounts are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND). For international remittance, the equivalent in USD shall be calculated at the Vietcombank mid-market rate on the date of payment.
- Diplomat reserves the right to issue a credit note or supplementary invoice should any service scope be modified after the service period has concluded.
Terms & Conditions
1. This invoice constitutes a binding financial document between Diplomat International Business Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Diplomat") and the billed party. By accepting this invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all services described herein.
2. Diplomat operates under the commercial registration of the Department of Planning and Investment of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. All disputes arising from this invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and adjudicated by the People's Court of District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
3. The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all line items on this invoice within 5 business days of receipt. Failure to raise a written objection within this period shall constitute acceptance of the invoice as issued by Diplomat.
4. Diplomat's banking details for this invoice are as stated above. Any payment directed to an account not listed on this invoice shall not be considered valid, and Diplomat shall not be liable for any resulting financial loss.
5. This invoice is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, the client must contact Diplomat's billing department in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City to request a reissued invoice.
