Payment Terms and Instructions
This Invoice from Diplomat Professional Services (Pvt) Ltd is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is due no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month in accordance with Zimbabwe's Payment and Settlement Systems Act.

Notes and Additional Information
This Invoice is issued by Diplomat Professional Services (Pvt) Ltd in accordance with the service agreement executed between Diplomat and the Harare Municipal Council for the provision of Diplomat diplomatic liaison, security, communications, event management, and training services within the Zimbabwe Harare Diplomatic Quarter.
All services rendered under this Invoice have been performed in full compliance with the Diplomat service-level agreement (SLA) and applicable Zimbabwean legislation, including the Diplomatic and Consular Privileges and Immunities Act [Chapter 10:12] and the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) tax regulations. The Diplomat team operating in Zimbabwe Harare holds all necessary security clearances issued by the Zimbabwe National Intelligence Service (ZIMIS) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Economic Development.
Should the recipient require a revised or corrected Invoice, please contact the Diplomat billing department at [email protected] within seven (7) business days of receipt. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-issuance and applicable administrative fees as stipulated in the Diplomat terms of service.

No. ZW-2019-44871) and is fully licensed to operate Diplomat services in the Zimbabwe Harare metropolitan area and its surrounding diplomatic zones.
