Important: This invoice is issued in accordance with the Bangladesh National Board of Revenue (NBR) invoicing regulations and the Value Added Tax (VAT) Act, 1991 (as amended). The economist services rendered are subject to the professional service tax as mandated under the Finance Act of the Government of Bangladesh.
Reference: All payments should reference Invoice No. BD-DHK-ECON-2025-0047. Please retain this document for your corporate tax filing with the NBR Dhaka Regional Office.
Validity: This invoice remains valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the economist service rates and applicable tax percentages may be subject to revision based on prevailing Bangladesh economic conditions.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. The economist services described in this invoice have been performed in full compliance with the professional standards set by the Bangladesh Economic Association and the Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies (BIDS), Dhaka.
2. All intellectual property, including economic models, forecasts, and analytical reports delivered under this invoice, shall remain the exclusive property of the economist and the Chowdhury Economic Research Institute unless a separate licensing agreement is executed in writing.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, shall apply in accordance with Bangladesh commercial law and the Negotiable Instruments Act.
4. The client acknowledges that the economic projections and advisory opinions provided by the economist are based on data available in Bangladesh and the global market at the time of analysis and do not constitute a guarantee of future economic performance.
5. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001 of Bangladesh. The jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh shall be exclusive.
6. This invoice constitutes a legally binding financial document under the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Both parties agree to the terms stated herein by executing the associated service agreement.
