Invoice Terms & Conditions – Chile Santiago Region
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial regulations of the Republic of Chile and is governed by the Civil Code and Commercial Code of Chile. All services referenced in this Invoice are provided by The Economist Media Group through its authorized regional distribution office located in Santiago, Chile.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Payment is due no later than July 15, 2025. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated by Chilean commercial law.
- Currency: All amounts in this Invoice are denominated in Chilean Pesos (CLP). The exchange rate applied for this billing cycle is 945 CLP per 1 USD, as published by the Banco Central de Chile on June 10, 2025.
- Tax Compliance: The 19% IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado) applied in this Invoice is in full compliance with the tax regulations of the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII) of Chile. This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document for tax deduction purposes in Chile Santiago and all other Chilean jurisdictions.
