1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. KERAI-MPD-2025-012) executed between the Economist firm and the client in DR Congo Kinshasa on 28 February 2025.
2. All Economist services described herein were performed in full compliance with the professional ethics code of the Congolese Institute of Economists and the regulatory framework of the DR Congo Kinshasa financial district.
3. Late payment on this Invoice shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date, in accordance with DR Congo commercial law applicable in Kinshasa.
4. The Economist team reserves the right to retain intellectual property rights over all analytical models, proprietary datasets, and methodological frameworks developed during this engagement, unless otherwise stipulated in the master contract.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice from the Economist firm before processing payment.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, under the rules of the Arbitration Centre of the Congo (CAC), with proceedings conducted in French or English at the parties' mutual agreement.
7. A copy of this Invoice has been filed with the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) – Kinshasa, DR Congo, for tax compliance purposes. The client is advised to retain this document for their own fiscal records.
