Payment Terms & Important Notes
- This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of Tadesse Economic Advisory Group, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Branch: Bole, Account No. 1001-2345-6789-01, SWIFT: CBEAETAB.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are denominated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and are subject to the prevailing tax rates as determined by the Ethiopian Federal Revenue Authority for the jurisdiction of Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- The Economist, Dr. Selamawit Tadesse, confirms that all analytical work, data modelling, and advisory services described in this Invoice were performed independently, with full professional integrity, and in strict adherence to the Ethiopian Code of Professional Conduct for Economists and Financial Analysts.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (or fraction thereof) shall be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with the terms stipulated in the master service agreement.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the services rendered during the period specified. No additional charges shall be incurred unless a formal change order is executed in writing by both parties.
- The client is advised to retain this Invoice document for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with Ethiopian commercial and tax record-keeping regulations applicable in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
