All services described herein were rendered in the capacity of a professional Economist providing independent economic analysis and policy advisory.
- Payment of the full amount stated on this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under the Ghanaian Commercial Code.
- All economic data, forecasts, and analytical models produced by the Economist during the service period remain the intellectual property of Asante Economic Consultancy Ltd. The client in Ghana Accra receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the reports for internal governmental planning purposes only.
- The Economist reserves the right to publish anonymised findings from the research conducted in Ghana Accra in peer-reviewed journals or policy briefs, provided that no confidential client data is disclosed.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the services or the payment terms of this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1968 (Act 29), as amended.
