All economic analyses, forecasts, and advisory opinions contained in the deliverables are based on publicly available data, proprietary models, and professional judgement as of the date of engagement.
The client acknowledges that the Economist's projections and forecasts are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of future economic performance. The Economist shall not be held liable for investment decisions made solely on the basis of the advisory reports provided.
Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract interest at 1.5% per month as per the terms of the Master Service Agreement dated 01 March 2025, executed in Bangalore, India.
All services were rendered in India Bangalore unless otherwise specified. The place of supply for GST purposes is Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and the applicable GST rate of 18% has been applied as per the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
Terms & Conditions of this Invoice
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Economist reserves the right to revise the rates based on prevailing economic conditions in India Bangalore.
- All intellectual property rights in the economic models, forecasts, and analytical frameworks developed by the Economist during the engagement remain the exclusive property of Mehta Economist Consultancy LLP, Bangalore, India.
- The client shall not reproduce, distribute, or share the Economist's proprietary reports with third parties without prior written consent from the Economist.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- Payment shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) to the bank account specified above. The Economist does not accept payments in foreign currency for services rendered in India Bangalore.
- This Invoice is subject to the terms of the Master Service Agreement (MSA/MEC/2025/001) executed between the parties in Bangalore, India on 01 March 2025.
- The Economist warrants that all data sources used in the analysis are legitimate and that no confidential information of any third party has been incorporated without authorisation.
