- Any late payment beyond the stipulated due date shall attract a penalty of 18% per annum on the outstanding amount, calculated on a daily basis, in addition to any applicable interest as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- All deliverables, including the Economist-authored reports, white papers, and presentation materials, remain the intellectual property of Dr. Arjun Mehta and Mehta Economic Advisory Services. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for internal business purposes within India New Delhi and its affiliated entities.
- This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India New Delhi. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in India New Delhi in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The client acknowledges that the Economist consultant has exercised due professional diligence in preparing all analyses. However, no liability shall be accepted for losses arising from unforeseen macroeconomic events, policy changes by the Government of India, or actions of the Reserve Bank of India that were not reasonably predictable at the time of engagement.
