Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice (INV-TEH-2025-04871) is issued in accordance with the commercial agreement between Economist International Distribution Ltd. and Tehran Academic & Research Institute for the supply of Economist publications, digital media access, and associated analytical services within the city of Tehran, Islamic Republic of Iran.
Payment Method: Payment of the full invoice amount of 542,362,500 Iranian Rials (IRR) is to be remitted via international wire transfer (SWIFT) to the supplier's designated bank account, or through an approved letter of credit issued by a bank operating in Tehran, Iran. All transactions must comply with the foreign exchange regulations of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Delivery Terms: All physical Economist materials shall be delivered to the client's premises in Tehran, Iran, within 21 business days of the invoice date. Digital Economist access credentials will be activated within 5 business days of confirmed payment. The client in Tehran is responsible for any additional local municipal fees or building access charges at the delivery address.
Compliance Note: This invoice and all associated Economist goods and services are subject to applicable international trade regulations, export control laws of the United Kingdom, and import regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The client in Tehran, Iran confirms that all Economist publications received under this invoice will be used solely for academic, research, and internal institutional purposes.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to remit payment by the stated due date (14 July 2025) will result in a late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month applied to the outstanding balance, in accordance with the commercial terms agreed upon for Economist supply contracts in Iran.
2. All Economist intellectual property, including but not limited to articles, data sets, charts, and multimedia content referenced in this invoice, remains the exclusive property of Economist International Distribution Ltd. The client in Tehran, Iran, is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for internal institutional use only.
3. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Economist supply agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The seat of arbitration shall be Tehran, Iran, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
4. The client acknowledges that the Economist publications and services listed in this invoice have been sourced, packaged, and dispatched in full compliance with all applicable regulations governing the export of media and informational materials to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Tehran.
5. Any amendments to this Invoice must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal modifications to the scope, pricing, or delivery terms of the Economist goods and services are not binding.
