Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details specified above in the Ivory Coast Abidjan banking network. All amounts are denominated in West African CFA Francs (XOF, ISO code: XOF).
A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (or fraction thereof) shall apply to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the commercial code of the Ivory Coast. The Economist services rendered under this Invoice are non-refundable once the engagement period has commenced.
Disputes regarding this Invoice or the associated Economist services shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the OHADA Uniform Act on Commercial Law.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice has been prepared and issued in compliance with the tax regulations of the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) of the Ivory Coast. A stamped copy of this Invoice must be retained by the client for their corporate tax records.
2. The Economist services detailed herein were performed by certified professionals holding valid licenses issued by the Ivorian Ministry of Economy and Finance. All analytical work was conducted in Ivory Coast Abidjan unless otherwise noted.
3. All data, models, and reports delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of Macroeconomic Advisory & Consulting Ltd. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the findings for internal strategic purposes only.
4. This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a re-issued Invoice to maintain its validity for accounting and tax purposes.
