Late payments shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the Master Service Agreement. Please ensure that the Invoice number is clearly referenced on all payment remittances to facilitate accurate reconciliation by our Japan Kyoto accounting department.
Important Notes
1. This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the service period of January through May 2025 under the Economist advisory engagement in Japan Kyoto. No additional charges will be applied for services rendered during this period beyond those itemized above.
2. All economic data, forecasts, and analytical content provided under this engagement remain the intellectual property of The Economist Research & Advisory Group. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for internal governmental planning purposes within Japan Kyoto.
3. Should the client require further Economist advisory services, additional research commissions, or extended subscription access beyond the current term, a supplementary Invoice will be issued in accordance with the rates specified in the Master Service Agreement.
4. This document is issued in compliance with the Japanese Commercial Transactions Act and applicable tax regulations governing the Japan Kyoto metropolitan area. A duplicate copy of this Invoice may be requested from our Japan Kyoto office within ninety (90) days of the issue date.
