Invoice Terms & Conditions — Economist Engagement in Japan Osaka
This Invoice (INV-2025-OSK-0087) constitutes the final and binding financial statement for all professional economist services rendered by Dr. Kenji Tanaka and the Tanaka Economic Advisory Group to the Osaka Metropolitan Development Authority during the service period specified above. All services were performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated November 12, 2024, governing economist engagements within the Japan Osaka metropolitan area.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in compliance with the Japan Osaka commercial transaction regulations.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY). The economist services were delivered exclusively within the jurisdiction of Osaka Prefecture, Japan, and are subject to the applicable national and local tax obligations as itemized above.
- The client acknowledges that the economic forecasts, policy recommendations, and analytical models provided by the economist are based on data available at the time of preparation and do not constitute guarantees of future economic performance in the Japan Osaka region.
- Confidentiality: All proprietary data, unpublished research, and internal economic models shared during this economist engagement in Japan Osaka remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective parties as defined in the NDA executed concurrently with the Master Service Agreement.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying economist services shall be resolved through arbitration in Osaka, Japan, under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
- This Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with the Japanese Tax Code and Osaka municipal record-keeping requirements.
