- This invoice is issued by The Economist Group in fulfillment of the corporate subscription and licensing agreement with Shinagawa Business Media Co., Ltd., based in Japan Tokyo. All editorial content referenced herein is the intellectual property of The Economist and may not be reproduced without written consent.
- Payment of this invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japanese commercial law (Civil Code Article 419).
